Leading contemporary ceramicist Karen Thompson takes inspiration from traditional ceramics, frequently commenting socially or politically.
Visit her in her studio at 14 West Pier to see finished artworks and also see her works in progress.
From Staffordshire-pottery based animals and jars, to round image laden pots and chargers, from porcelain sandwiches to hand-carved folk face pendants.
Karen has a wide range of work available at varying price points, including large abstract portraits, on paper and works on canvas.
